Locked Outside My Own House!

This afternoon I was playing with the dogs outside. When I got back to the door, it was locked. At first I thought it was one of Ben's jokes, but then I saw the car was missing. I thought "Mom left to take Ben to speed-skating practice." The funniest thing was that instead of panicking, I started laughing. Then I really prayed hard to God. Thankfully, the bathroom window was open. The only thing was that it's about a foot and a half wide and it's four feet off the ground... I found a bucket and somehow got me through there! LOL then I went around and let the dogs in. That was my adventure of the day! -Leigha

There Stands the Cross

One of my favorite songs!

There Stands the Cross

The hammer rang like a battle cry as they pierced his hands and feet.
He hung his head and gave his life, but he did not sound retreat.
The war was far from over for he rose with pow’r and might.
The monument to hell’s defeat reminds us of our fight.

There stands the cross upon mount Calvary.
There stands the cross, hope for the lost, an emblem of mercy.
Worn and rugged stained with blood
Still it stands strong enough for redemption’s cause.
There stands the cross.

The mem’ries of regret and shame can haunt you day and night.
They try to make your heart believe that there’s no hope in sight.
But there’s a hill and there’s a cross that stands for all to see.
Forgiven past, There’s hope at last.
Set every captive free.

There stands the cross upon mount Calvary.
There stands the cross, hope for the lost, an emblem of mercy.
Worn and rugged stained with blood
Still it stands strong enough for redemption’s cause.
There stands the cross.

With hope all of history was pointing to the time when Jesus Christ with his own live made vict’ry yours and mine.

There stands the cross upon mount Calvary.
There stands the cross, hope for the lost, an emblem of mercy.
Worn and rugged stained with blood
Still it stands strong enough for redemption’s cause.
There stands the cross.
For redemption’s cause
There stands the cross.
The cross!

This is the only video I could find of the song.
